On 24 Sep 13 Lt. Stackpole arrested Alice J. Keeler, age 51, Marietta, for criminal trespassing and for disorderly conduct. Ms. Keeler was evicted from River Park Manor in New Matamoras several months ago and ordered to not enter the property in the future. Ignoring orders from River Park Manor employees, Ms. Keeler trespassed onto the property and yelled and screamed about getting her old apartment back. Ms. Keeler acknowledged being asked to leave the property and claimed she was wrongfully evicted and wanted to obtain her apartment.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Alice Jane Keeler, age 51, Marietta, for criminal trespassing and for disorderly conduct by fighting, both misdemeanors. Keeler was arrested in New Matamoras by Lt. Stackpole of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 24 Sep 13 at 11:33 am.

Monica Lea Moening, age 29, 493 Adkins Avenue, Akron, OH, for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor. Moening was picked up in Summit County by Deputy Sheriff Simmons and processed into the Washington County Jail on 24 Sep 13 at 1:27 pm.

Allen Dale Ball, age 31, 2187 School House Road, Little Hocking, for illegal cultivation/manufacturing of drugs, safecracking and tampering with evidence, all felonies. Ball was picked up at the London Correctional Institution by Deputy Sheriff Underwood and processed into the Washington County Jail on 24 Sep 13 at 4:42 pm.

Tyler Wayne Ahrens, age 19, 631 N. Seventh Street, Marietta, for domestic violence, a felony. Ahrens was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Harlow of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 24 Sep 13 at 11:35 pm.
