On 22 Sep 13 Carrie Binegar, age 32, 6550 Highland Ridge Road, Marietta, reported her husband, Jason, age 35, was intoxicated and acting in an aggressive manner. Angry that he felt his wife was “floozing” with another guy at a party they were hosting, Mr. Binegar began yelling and throwing chairs. Mrs. Binegar stated her husband’s belligerence caused her to fear for her safety. Based on his investigation, Deputy Sheriff White arrested Mr. Binegar for domestic violence and transported him to the Washington County Jail. At the jail, Mr. Binegar tested .096 BAC.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Benjamin David Williamson, age 23, 307 E. Ninth Street, Williamstown, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Williamson turned himself in to Sgt. Reeder at the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Sep 13 at 2:25 am.
