On 20 Sep 13 Byron Sunderman, age 49, 101 Bells Run Road, Newport, reported sometime since the first of June a Hi Point .380 handgun was stolen from his residence. This case remains under investigation (910).

On 20 Sep 13 a clerk at Dollar General in New Matamoras reported a customer in the store was acting in a strange manner. The clerk said the customer, Gina M. Loy, age 25, 1308 Williamson Avenue Apt. A, New Matamoras, had been in the store multiple times that day and currently had her one and two year old daughters locked in her car. After patrolling the area Deputy Sheriff McKee located Ms. Loy back at the Dollar General store. Ms. Loy appeared hyper and distraught and had a white powdery residue around her nostrils. Questioned about the residue, Ms. Loy stated she snorted a crushed Tylenol and later acknowledged snorting a crushed Vicodin pill. Based on his investigation, Deputy McKee arrested Ms. Loy for child endangering and transported her to the Washington County Jail.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

William Michael Young, age 32, 1427 23rd Street, Parkersburg, for hit-skip and for contempt of a court order, both misdemeanors. Young was arrested at Catfish Paradise by Deputy Sheriff Reeder and processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Sep 13 at 3:15 am.

Nathan Gerard Hedin, age 20, 215 Fifth Street, Marietta, for underage consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Hedin was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman McClelland of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Sep 13 at 3:45 am.

Robert Jack King, age 20, 215 Fifth Street, Marietta, for underage consumption of alcohol and for possession of a fake identification card, both misdemeanors. King was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman McClelland of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Sep 13 at 3:45 am.

James William Radabaugh, age 27, 769 Sherwood Forest Drive, Belleville, WV, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Radabaugh was arrested at the office of Probation Officer E. Brockmeier and processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Sep 13 at 12:22 pm.

Cynthia Kay Dailey, age 39, 115 Deer Haven Street, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a felony. Dailey was arrested at the Adult Probation Office by Deputy Sheriff Simmons and processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Sep 13 at 12:31 pm.

Gina Marie Loy, age 25, 1308 Williamson Avenue Apt. A, New Matamoras, for a felony charge of violating the terms of her parole and a misdemeanor charge of child endangering. Loy was arrested in New Matamoras by Deputy Sheriff McKee of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Sep 13 at 4:58 pm.

Brian Scott Moore, age 38, 1220 Williamson Avenue, New Matamoras, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Moore was arrested in Marietta by Probation Officer Brockmeier and processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Sep 13 at 7:24 pm.

Santana Lynette Lake, age 27, 300 Starlite Drive Lot 38, Marietta, for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor. Lake was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Ellenwood of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Sep 13 at 6:00 pm.
