On 16 Sep 13 Vincent A. Spicocchi, age 36, 12272 Ryder Street NW, Massillon, OH, reported at some point during the past two weeks an unknown suspect(s) broke the hasp off the door to his storage building in the area of 1200 Back Road, Macksburg, and stole a Poulan chainsaw. This case remains under investigation (910).

On 16 Sep 13 Susan E. Jahn, age 40, 110 Bailey Drive, Marietta, reported her credit card company’s fraud department informed her that an unknown suspect(s) attempted to use her card number for two purchases totaling approximately $485. The purchases were immediately canceled. Ms. Jahn did not suffer any monetary loss. This case remains under investigation (113).

On 16 Sep 13 Deputy Sheriff McConnell investigated a brawl involving two females at the Warren High School football game. A video posted on Facebook shows the two females quarreling under the bleachers for less than a minute before the fight ended. Both teenagers admitted being involved in the fight and will be disciplined by school officials.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

James Adam Stammer, age 29, 98 Brittany Lane, Whiteville, NC, for driving under a suspended license and speeding, both misdemeanors. Stammer was arrested near milepost seventeen on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 16 Sep 13 at 2:10 pm.

Larry Dean Loy, age 54, 122 Williamson Avenue, New Matamoras, for three felony counts of domestic violence. Loy was arrested in New Matamoras by Patrolman Blamble of the New Matamoras Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 16 Sep 13 at 4:57 pm.
