On 3 Sep 13 Stacy Howell, age 52, 423 Lewis Pointe Drive, Vincent, reported she received a phone call from an individual who stated he worked for her business’ electric company and her account was $960.33 past due. Ms. Howell purchased a MoneyPak card and arranged to pay roughly half of the alleged debt. Before paying the remainder of the debt, Ms. Howell contacted the electric company and learned her account was in good standing and she did not owe any debts. Deputy Sheriff Carr later determined the number from which the suspect called, 304-841-9314, was also used in other scams in the Clarksburg, WV area. This case remains under investigation.

On 3 Sep 13 John Amrine, age 65, 440 Kennedy Road, Cutler, reported sometime between 30 Aug and 2 Sep a Honda Recon ATV was stolen from his property. This case remains under investigation (1007).

On 3 Sep 13 Deputy Sheriff White requested a summons for Alice Eye, age 57, 10895 Dalzell Road Apt. B, Lower Salem, for criminal damaging. In an attempt to retrieve some belongings, Ms. Eye damaged a latch on a storage building on her property that is owned by a family member. Ms. Eye had arranged with the family to obtain her belongings but instead decided to get them herself.

On 3 Sep 13 an employee of Carter Lumber, 30625 State Route 7, Marietta, reported three soft drink vending machines behind the business were pried open during the night. A representative of the machines’ owner examined the machines and determined between $190 and $250 was missing. This case remains under investigation (113).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Latoya Lynn Russell, age 29, 1044 Hadley Lane, Marietta, for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor. Russell was arrested at the office of Probation Officer P. Brockmeier and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Sep 13 at 10:49 am.

Larry Randolph Hasley, age 35, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Hasley was picked up at SEPTA by Deputy Sheriff Malone and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Sep 13 at 12:57 pm.

Jenna Danielle Radabaugh, age 24, 911 Glendale Road, Marietta, for assault, endangering children, disorderly conduct by intoxication, domestic violence, two counts of criminal damaging and two counts of failure to appear, all misdemeanors. Radabaugh was arrested at Wal-Mart by Patrolman Warden of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Sep 13 at 8:46 pm.

Justin Kyle Tewkesbury, age 26, 521 Barclay Street Apt. 15, Belpre, for obstructing justice, a misdemeanor. Tewkesbury was arrested in Belpre by Patrolman Kirby of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Sep 13 at 9:06 pm.

Nickalas Arthur Tewkesbury, age 20, 315 Muskingum Drive, Marietta, for obstructing justice, a misdemeanor. Tewkesbury was arrested in Belpre by Patrolman Kirby of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Sep 13 at 9:29 pm.
