On 29 Aug 13 Deputy Sheriff McConnell arrested Jason S. Fair, age 40, 1543 Woodruff Road, Vincent, for aggravated trespassing, disorderly conduct by intoxication and two counts of menacing by stalking. Mr. Fair was intoxicated when he walked onto his neighbor’s property at 11646 State Route 339, Vincent, and began shouting obscenities. The victims have had problems with Mr. Fair entering their property without permission in the past and feared he would become more aggressive and cause them physical harm. Questioned by Deputy McConnell, Mr. Fair admitted being on his neighbors’ side of the fence and yelling at them. At the Washington County Jail Mr. Fair tested .194 BAC.

On 29 Aug 13 Deputy Sheriff Augenstein and the L-A Fire Department were dispatched to a fire at Tornes Campground at 12707 State Route 60, Lowell. The campground owner parked a riding mower under a tarp canopy that later caught fire. The fire caused severe damage to a fiberglass boat, two ATVs, two riding mowers, a battery charger and an air compressor. No foul play is suspected.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Michael James Shrader, age 52, Marietta, for violating the terms of his parole, a felony. Shrader was arrested on Highland Ridge Road by Lt. Norman of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 29 Aug 13 at 6:07 am.

Jason Scott Fair, age 40, 1543 Woodruff Road, Vincent, for aggravated trespassing, disorderly conduct by intoxication and two counts of menacing by stalking, all misdemeanors. Fair was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff McConnell and processed into the Washington County Jail on 29 Aug 13 at 9:32 pm.
