On 25 Aug 13 Frank L. Williams, age 78, 25992 State Route 7, Marietta, reported while he was home the previous evening, his granddaughter, Jessica Stevens, age 32, address unknown, entered his home without permission and stole a prescription pill container and $700 from his wallet. Mr. Williams said Ms. Stevens was in the home for a short period before he noticed her and she was his only visitor that night. Consequently, Sgt. Reeder requested a warrant for Ms. Stevens for burglary.

On 25 Aug 13 James L. Little, age 34, 550 Archers Fork Road, New Matamoras, reported he heard a noise that afternoon and when he went outside to check his property he observed an acquaintance driving away in a pickup truck. Further inspecting his property, Mr. Little found motor oil all splashed on his tools and the floor of his garage. Mr. Little declined to pursue the matter further (910).

On 25 Aug 13 Albert C. Miner III, age 54, 2549 Bear Run Road, Reno, reported sometime between 21 Apr and 25 Aug an unknown suspect(s) stole a boat motor and a trolling motor from a storage building on his property. The total value of the stolen motors is approximately $2,224. This case remains under investigation (910).

The following individual wAS processed into the Washington County Jail:

Paul Kenneth Christopher, age 43, 1756 Barth Road, Belpre, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Christopher was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff McPeek and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Aug 13 at 10:23 pm.
