On 24 Jul 13 a Barlow Township trustee reported sometime during the past five days a road construction sign was stolen from the intersection of Fischer Ridge Road and Anderson Road. This case remains under investigation (1090).

On 24 Jul 13 Deputy Sheriff McPeek requested a summons for a seventeen year old Marietta resident to appear in Juvenile Court for being unruly. The teenager ran away from a relative’s residence in Waterford three times that afternoon and remained missing after the third time. She was later found at a residence in Morgan County.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Tabitha Dawn Way, age 31, 29465 State Route 7, Marietta, for a felony charge of burglary and a misdemeanor charge of theft. Way was arrested in Marietta Municipal Court by Patrolman Chapman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 24 Jul 13 at 9:15 am.

Timothy Wesley Moore Jr., age 36, 19335 State Route 821, Macksburg, for violating the terms of his probation, a felony. Moore was arrested on State Route 83 in Beverly by Lt. Stackpole of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 24 Jul 13 at 3:25 pm.
