On 22 Jul 13 Deputy Sheriff Hunter requested a summons for a fifteen year old Marietta resident to appear in Juvenile Court on a charge of delinquency by domestic violence. After his father slapped him during an argument over his failure to clean his room, the teenager began punching his father. The juvenile proceeded to bite his father and attempted to choke him.

On 22 Jul 13 Christina West, age 36, 20350 State Route 60, Beverly, reported sometime overnight an unknown suspect(s) damaged the windshield and rear driver side door of her Chrysler sedan. This case remains under investigation (910).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Macklin Mackenzie Miller, age 20, 900 Ridgewood Boulevard, Belpre, for corrupting another with drugs, a felony. Miller was picked up at the North Central Regional Jail by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Jul 13 at 12:25 pm.

Debora Dawn Henry, age 39, PO Box 623, Belpre, for failure to appear, a felony. Henry was picked up at the North Central Regional Jail by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Jul 13 at 12:36 pm.

Michael Wayne Byington, age 38, 1574 Elizabeth Street Apt. A, Belpre, for violating the terms of his probation, a felony. Byington was arrested in Common Pleas Court by Deputy Malone and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Jul 13 at 2:18 pm.

Ronda Kay Boley, age 24, 621 Greens Run Road, Saint Marys, for aggravated trespassing and assault, both misdemeanors. Boley was arrested in Newport by Deputy Sheriff McKee and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Jul 13 at 3:34 pm.
