On 5 Jul 13 Ralph C. Shumar, age 47, 114 Oak Grove Lane, Marietta, reported FedEx delivered an ABS module for his vehicle to his home at 3:25 on 3 Jul and when he returned to his residence at 5 pm the package was missing. Mr. Shumar said the item was shipped after he paid $300 to have it refurbished and that a new part would cost $1,139. This case remains under investigation (610).

On 5 Jul 13 Vickie S. Reynolds, age 52, 9383 Veto Road, Belpre, reported her nephew, who lives with her, drank a large amount of vodka and threatened to shoot himself. Michael P. Stacy, age 35, was uncooperative when Deputy Sheriff McPeek arrived and was unable to answer any questions. Unsteady on his feet, Mr. Stacy had glassy, bloodshot eyes and slurred his speech. Based on his observations, Deputy McPeek arrested Mr. Stacy for disorderly conduct by intoxication and transported him to the Washington County Jail.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Dustin Michael Rogers, age 25, 1236 Old Rainer Road, Roseville, Ohio, for Disorderly Conduct, a misdemeanor. Rogers was arrested on Front Street, Marietta by Patrol Estes of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Jul 13 at 1:07 am.

Jeffrey Edward Jones, age 49, 11400 State Rte 7, Southgate Trailer Park, Lot 52, Marietta for Disseminating Material Harmful to a Juvenile, a felony. Jones was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff McKee and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Jul 13 at 6:29 am.

Michael Paul Stacy, age 35, 2217 Windy Ridge Road, Vincent, for disorderly conduct by intoxication and for violating the terms of his probation, both misdemeanors. Stacy was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff McKee and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Jul 13 at 11:30 pm.
