On 30 Jun 13 Jason M. Weidner, age 36, 2900 Brownrigg Road, Waterford, reported being harassed by subjects in the area of Tick Ridge Road, Vincent, while trying to remove belongings from a home. This case remains under investigation at this time (1007).

On 30 Jun 13 Deputy Sheriff McKee was dispatched to 300 Starlite Drive, Lot 7, Marietta. Whitney Jacobs, age 24, advised that an acquaintance, Paul L. Hargrove, age 30, 395 Bettie Street, Akron, came into the residence without permission and without her knowledge. Mr. Hargrove shoved Ms. Jacobs several times; removing phones to prevent her from calling for assistance, as well as taking her keys. Mr. Hargrove also attempted to puncture the tires on Ms. Jacobs’s vehicle. Ms. Jacobs was able to lock him out of the residence at which time Mr. Hargrove left the area. Ms. Jacobs states that Mr. Hargrove also removed a laptop, cordless phone, cell phone, car keys and cash from the residence. Deputy McKee learned through investigation that Mr. Hargrove is on Parole out of Summit County Ohio and has requested a warrant be issued for Hargrove for Theft, Assault, Burglary, and Disrupting Services.
