On 26 Jun 13 Timothy S. Wines, age 42, 70 Anderson Lane, Waterford, reported at some point during the past two days an unknown suspect stole several tools from his personal toolbox at Waterford Tank and Fabrication at 203 State Route 83, Beverly. Mr. Wines estimates the value of the tools is $69. This case remains under investigation (1104).

On 26 Jun 13 the Warren Fire Department transported a one year old Marietta resident to Marietta Memorial Hospital for treatment after he may have consumed a small amount of bleach. The toddler was briefly unattended while his mother was in another room and retrieved a bottle of diluted bleach from a kitchen cabinet. The emergency room physician said she did not believe the child ingested any bleach and if he did it was a very small amount. The child was discharged shortly thereafter (509).

On 26 Jun 13 Deputy Sheriff Blamble issued a minor misdemeanor citation to Alberta M. Huntsman, age 34, 511 High Street, Macksburg, for failing to register a dog. Deputy Blamble was patrolling the area of the 500 block of High Street when he observed two of Ms. Huntsman’s dogs roaming the neighborhood.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Elmer Charles Wenzel, age 22, 118 Bartlett Street Apt. D, Marietta, for trafficking in drugs, a felony. Wenzel was arrested on Pleasant Ridge Road by Detective Hornbeck of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 Jun 13 at 12:50 am.

Abby Lynn Roach, age 19, 804 Fourth Street, Marietta, for possession of drugs, a felony. Roach was arrested on Pleasant Ridge Road by Detective Hornbeck of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 Jun 13 at 12:55 am.

Kenneth Ray Rogers, age 25, 801 1/2 Front Street, Marietta, for a felony charge of domestic violence and a misdemeanor charge of violating the terms of a protection order. Rogers was arrested on Second Street by Patrolman Thomas of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 Jun 13 at 2:40 am.

Glenna Ashley Milliron, age 21, 2200 Hill Street Apt. D, Belpre, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Milliron was arrested at her residence by Patrolman Heddleston of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 Jun 13 at 10:35 am.

Ronald Edward Jarvis, age 35, 422 Poplar Avenue, Williamstown, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Jarvis was arrested at the office of Probation Officer P. Brockmeier and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 Jun 13 at 10:35 am.

Brian Keith Brum, age 50, 570 Coal Run Drive, Beverly, for OVI, a misdemeanor. Brum was arrested in Marietta Municipal Court and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 Jun 13 at 11:00 am.

Adam Charles Hogue, age 31, 95 Silver Globe Road, Marietta, for abduction, a felony. Hogue was arrested on Silver Globe Road by Lt. Gherke of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 Jun 13 at 5:16 pm.

Coty Scott Harris, age 22, 105 Gilman Avenue, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Harris was arrested in Marietta by Deputy Sheriff Huffer and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 Jun 13 at 6:07 pm.

Brian Lee Miller, age 48, 105 Franklin Street, Marietta, for disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor. Miller was arrested on Franklin Street by Patrolman Nedeff of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 Jun 13 at 11:19 pm.
