On 22 Jun 13 Corrections Officer Holiday charged
Washington County Jail inmate, Felicia D. Wallace, age 22, 1360
Silver Globe Road, Marietta, with illegal conveyance of items
into a detention facility. A shakedown of Ms. Wallace’s
dorm shortly after she was booked into the jail yielded an orange
balloon containing six oxycodone pills and seven and a half
Xanax pills. Ms. Wallace admitted smuggling the pills into the
jail but would not answer any further questions.
On 22 Jun 13 Deputy Sheriff Holbert responded
to a domestic dispute at 213 Fourth Street, Lowell. Amanda J.
Sampe, age 32, reported after an argument, her live-in boyfriend
grabbed her by the face and attempted to kiss her to apologize
for the disagreement. When Ms. Sampe refused her boyfriend’s
attempt, he poked her in the forehead with his finger. Ms. Sampe
stated she did not fear for her safety and requested that her
boyfriend remain at the residence so they may reconcile. As
a result, Deputy Holbert closed this case as unfounded.
On 22 Jun 13 Sandy K. Stark, age 43, 400 Main
Street, Waterford, reported sometime between 9 am and 5:30 pm
an unknown suspect(s) scratched the sides of her Mitsubishi
Galant. This case remains under investigation (610).
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Ash Colton Bloomingdale, age 23, 100 Iroquois
Drive, Marietta, for disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing,
both misdemeanors. Bloomingdale was arrested at his residence
by Sgt. Anderson of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Jun 13 at
Mark James Hinton, age 33, 109 Elm Street,
Belpre, for domestic violence and for using a weapon while intoxicated,
both misdemeanors. Hinton was arrested at his residence by Patrolman
Heddleston of the Belpre City Police Department and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 22 Jun 13 at 3:15 pm.
Edward Lafayette Sayger III, age 32, 193 Fourth
Street, Lowell, for violating the terms of a protection order,
a misdemeanor. Sayger was arrested on State Route 60 by Patrolman
Perry of the Lowell Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 22 Jun 13 at 1:15 pm.
