On 2 Jun 13 Deputy Sheriff Augenstein arrested Megan E. Gilliam, age 25, Marietta, for possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. Patrolling near the intersection of State Route 550 and Chapel Avenue, Deputy Augenstein observed Ms. Gilliam arguing with another female. Arrested on active warrants, Ms. Gilliam was found in possession of various Schedule IV pills, several syringes and a spoon.

On 2 Jun 13 Lori Muir, age 48, 15460 State Route 60, Lowell, reported she was involved in a minor dispute with her husband. During an argument over a set of keys, Mrs. Muir said her husband punched her in the chest. Mrs. Muir was not injured and stated she did not fear for safety during the incident. As a result, Deputy Sheriff Augenstein closed this case as unfounded.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Nathan Andrew Bunner, age 29, 8184 State Route 329, Stewart, for driving under a suspended license, for not wearing a seat belt and for operating a vehicle with fictitious plates, all misdemeanors. Bunner was picked up at the Athens County line by Lt. Rhodes of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 2 Jun 13 at 2:42 am.

David Winfield Madison, age 41, 135 Mill Street, Waterford, for domestic violence, a felony. Madison was arrested on Pike Street in Marietta by Deputy Sheriff Brockmeier and processed into the Washington County Jail on 2 Jun 13 at 2:17 pm.

Megan Elizabeth Gilliam, age 25, Marietta, for possession of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug abuse instruments, breach of recognizance and two counts of theft, all misdemeanors. Gilliam was arrested in Marietta by Deputy Sheriff Augenstein and processed into the Washington County Jail on 2 Jun 13 at 6:25 pm.
