On 28 May 13 Sgt. Mankins and Deputy Sheriff Augenstein responded to a domestic dispute involving Danny Grimm, age 51, and his son, Logan, age 25, at their residence at 9160 Veto Road, Belpre. A shouting match between the two men escalated from a minor argument and ended in a physical altercation.
