On 16 May 13 Lt. Rhodes requested a summons for a fourteen year old Little Hocking resident to appear in Juvenile Court on a charge of delinquency by domestic violence. Following an argument with another foster child in the home, the teenager retrieved a knife from a kitchen counter. The teenager pointed the knife at her foster father and then motioned as if she was going to harm herself with the knife. Subsequently, the teenager flew into a fit of rage and had to be forcibly restrained until help arrived. The teenager was removed from the home and placed with another foster family.

On 16 May 13 Susan Steed, age 56, 51 Stout Street, Washington, WV, reported she mistakenly left her wedding and engagement rings on her desk at Kraton Polymers on Friday 10 May 13 and when she returned Monday morning the rings were missing. Ms. Steed estimates the rings have a value of $2,000. This case remains under investigation (126).

the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:

Yvonne M. Brandt, age 28, 165 Dodd Run Road, Marietta, for disorderly conduct by fighting on 3 May 13.

Ali R. Martin, age 24, 423 1/2 Third Street, Marietta, for failing to appear for a court ordered hearing on 7 May 13.

Daniel P. Bonar, age 34, 2403 Hanvey Avenue, Belpre, for failure to appear.

Justin M. Hashman, age 29, 1011 32nd Street, Parkersburg, for failing to appear for a hearing on 6 May 13.

William C. Sprouse, age 29, 155 Wisconsin Avenue, Columbus, for failing to appear for a hearing on 6 May 13.

Ronald D. Welch, age 43, 209 Fearing Street, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on an order to show cause on 2 May 13.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Ashton Michael Krofft, age 18, 610 Military Road, Zanesville, for possession of drug paraphernalia and for disorderly conduct by intoxication, both misdemeanors. Krofft was arrested in Lowell by Sgt. Anderson Lockhart of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 16 May 13 at 3:25 am.

Kenneth Allen Stephens, age 25, 705 Elm Street, Belpre, for trafficking in drugs, a felony. Stephens was arrested at the Courthouse by Deputy Sheriff Malone and processed into the Washington County Jail on 16 May 13 at 2:44 pm.

James Earl Garrison, age 32, 2840 Pontiac Street, Columbus, for trafficking in drugs, a felony. Garrison was picked up at the Noble Correctional Institution by Deputy Sheriff Harlow and processed into the Washington County Jail on 16 May 13 at 5:25 pm.

Jonathan Daniel Primack, age 28, 3906 21st Street, Canton, OH, for trafficking in drugs, a felony. Primack was picked up at the Pickaway Correctional Institution by Deputy Sheriff Harlow and processed into the Washington County Jail on 16 May 13 at 5:25 pm.

Christina Lynn Venables-Maxhimer, age 33, 135 N. Mill Street, Dalton, OH, for breach of recognizance and disorderly conduct by intoxication, both misdemeanors. Venables-Maxhimer was picked up in Belmont County by Deputy Sheriff Harlow and processed into the Washington County Jail on 16 May 13 at 5:25 pm.
