On 8 May 13 Lorena A. Smith, age 35, 110 Tower Road, Little Hocking, reported she was involved in an argument with her live-in boyfriend while they traveled in their vehicle on Warrior Drive. Ms. Smith said the incident was only verbal and no physical violence occurred. As a result, Deputy Sheriff Metts closed this case as unfounded.

On 8 May 13 Roger Delancey, age 54, 2185 Farson Street, Belpre, reported after being contacted by the Cabela’s credit card fraud department he learned his card was used to make four online purchases totaling $6,396.37. This case remains under investigation (1007).

THREE DRUG TRAFFICKING ARRESTS

Three suspects were arrested during a traffic stop last night and found in possession of $2,000, which Major Crimes Task Force Agents believe was to be used to purchase heroin in Columbus. The suspects are also known drug traffickers from whom confidential informants purchased heroin. On four occasions in January Michael V. Richards, age 35, 1365 McGill Road, Vincent, sold confidential informants between one and three grams of heroin. Richards’ arrest is his fourth this year on heroin related charges. He was free on bond following his previous felony arrests.

In the vehicle with Richards were Michael A. Snider, age 39, 518 Columbia Avenue, Williamstown, and Joshua S. Gibson, age 28, 707 Front Street, Marietta. Snider sold confidential informants small quantities of heroin on consecutive days in early March and Gibson sold an informant three doses of heroin in January.

Richards was arrested on four felony charges of trafficking in drugs and remains incarcerated in the Washington County Jail in lieu of $27,500 bond. Snider is charged with two counts of trafficking in drugs and Gibson with one count and are incarcerated on respective bonds of $10,000 and $5,000.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Jenna Danielle Radabaugh, age 23, 213 1/2 Elm Street, Marietta, for criminal mischief and failure to appear, both misdemeanors. Radabaugh was arrested in Marietta Municipal Court by Patrolman Wenzel of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 May 13 at 10:14 am.

Travis Cody Gatian, age 27, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a felony. Gatian was arrested at the Adult Probation Office by Deputy Sheriff Harlow and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 May 13 at 12:03 pm.

Megan Elizabeth Gilliam, age 25, Marietta, for theft and possession of drug abuse instruments, both misdemeanors. Gilliam was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Warden of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 May 13 at 3:39 pm.

Sony Carlos Love, age 31, 1020 Caywood Road, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Love was arrested at the office of Probation Officer P. Brockmeier and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 May 13 at 5:42 pm.

Bobby Gene Seevers, age 54, 708 Front Street Apt. 17, Marietta, for failure to register a change of address as a registered sex offender, a felony. Seevers turned himself in to Sgt. Mankins at the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 May 13 at 7:12 pm.

Michael Von Richards, age 35, 1365 McGill Road, Vincent, for four felony counts of trafficking in drugs. Richards was arrested on Muskingum Drive by Patrolman Thomas of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 May 13 at 8:29 pm.

Michael Anthony Snider, age 39, 518 Columbia Avenue, Williamstown, for two felony counts of trafficking in drugs. Snider was arrested on Muskingum Drive by Patrolman Thomas of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 May 13 at 8:40 pm.

Joshua Scott Gibson, age 28, 707 Front Street, Marietta, for trafficking in drugs, a felony. Gibson was arrested on Muskingum Drive by Patrolman Thomas of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 May 13 at 9:02 pm.

Alisha Dawn Small, age 32, 54521 Number Nine Road, Reedsville, for failure to appear, a misdemeanor. Small was picked up at the Athens County line by Sgt. Mankins of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 May 13 at 9:32 pm.

Michael Paul Hollingsworth, age 33, 2255 Blue Knob Road, Marietta, for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and failure to appear, both misdemeanors. Hollingsworth was picked up in Dallas County, TX by Deputy Sheriff Underwood and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 May 13 at 10:13 pm.
