On 22 Apr 13 Deputy Sheriff McPeek requested a summons for a sixteen year old Vincent resident to appear in Juvenile Court for being unruly. Officials at Warren High School reported the teenager has missed several days of school and the girl’s mother reported her daughter was refusing to go to school that morning. Deputy McPeek eventually convinced the teenager to go to school but after he departed the teenager again refused to go to school.

On 22 Apr 13 William R. Wolfe, age 72, 115 Harris Street, Newport, reported when he awoke that morning he discovered a metal exterior door leaning against the front door of his residence. Mr. Wolfe said the door did not come from his property and he did not notice anything out of place around his residence. This case remains under investigation (126).

On 22 Apr 13 Larry R. Isner, age 47, 19 Ninth Street SW, Massillon, OH, reported sometime after the beginning of January this year an unknown suspect(s) entered his cabin and a storage building in the area of the 300 block of Macksburg Hill Road in Aurelius Township. Once inside, the suspect(s) broke each window of the cabin and the glass globes on a lantern. Mr. Isner stated nothing was stolen and a heater was also damaged beyond repair. This case remains under investigation (126).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Michael Douglas Kenney Jr., age 40, 2605 Keffer Road, Stockport, for disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor. Kenney was arrested on Ullman Street by Patrolman Miller of the Beverly Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Apr 13 at 12:58 am.

Travis Cody Gatian, age 27, 100 Gaston Avenue, Fairmont, WV, for violating the terms of his probation, a felony. Gatian was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Gilchrist and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Apr 13 at 12:05 pm.

Daron Gene Allen, age 46, 129 Sunset Drive, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Allen turned himself in to Patrolman McClelland of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Apr 13 at 7:57 pm.
