On 11 Mar 13 Lt. Stackpole responded to a fight between two teenage brothers at a home on McNeal Road in Waterford. An argument between the two escalated to a wrestling match involving hair pulling. The teenager’s parents intervened and separated the pair shortly after the brawl began. Speaking to the teenagers, Lt. Stackpole determined each party was equally involved and that no crime occurred.

On 11 Mar 13 Robin L. Cook, age 29, 1265 Leith Run Road, New Matamoras, reported sometime between 6 pm and 8 pm an unknown suspect(s) entered her home and stole a television, a Playstation 3 with three games, four rings and $42. The total value of the stolen items is approximately $1,072. This case remains under investigation (126).

On 11 Mar 13 Deputy Sheriff Underwood issued a citation to Bradley A. Treadway, age 28, 4617 Barnett Ridge Road, Fleming, for driving under a suspended license and for failure to obey a traffic control device. Deputy Underwood stopped Mr. Treadway after he failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of Cemetery Road and Newbury Road in Belpre Township.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Kevin Walter Reynolds, age 43, 8877 McKown Lane, Beverly, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Reynolds was arrested at Dodge Park in Beverly by Deputy Sheriff Carr and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Mar 13 at 1:06 am.

Shannon Marie Lang, age 32, 355 Bowersock Road, Reno, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Lang was arrested on Curtis Boulevard by Patrolman Thomas of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Mar 13 at 2:04 am.

David William Schiefen, age 60, 2700 Shay Ridge Road, New Matamoras, for driving under a suspended license and for failure to control, both misdemeanors. Schiefen was arrested on Dana’s Run Road by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Mar 13 at 3:07 am.

Brian Keith McKinney, age 27, 15147 State Route 26, Reno, for violating the terms of a protection order and for disorderly conduct by intoxication, both misdemeanors. McKinney was arrested on State Route 7 in New Matamoras by Deputy Sheriff McKee and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Mar 13 at 5:45 am.

Christopher C. Carter, age 34, 17843 Chamberlain Road, Grafton, OH, for nonsupport of dependants, a misdemeanor. Carter turned himself in to Deputy Sheriff R. Reeder and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Mar 13 at 7:15 am.

Michael Paul Marshall, age 37, 100 Crestlyn Court, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a felony. Marshall was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Gault and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Mar 13 at 10:40 am.

Reginald Erwin Pumphrey, age 41, 1103 Laird Street, Akron, for nonsupport of dependants, a misdemeanor. Pumphrey was arrested in Juvenile Court by Deputy Sheriff Simmons and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Mar 13 at 6:01 pm.

Jonathan Daniel Primack, age 28, 3906 21st Street NW, Canton, for trafficking in drugs, a felony. Primack was picked up at the Pickaway Correctional Institution by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Mar 13 at 6:07 pm.

Ryan Patrick Nelson, age 29, 1110 Hocking Road Apt. B, Belpre, for obstructing official business and disorderly conduct, both misdemeanors. Nelson was arrested in Belpre by Patrolman Heddleston of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Mar 13 at 11:58 pm.
