On 1 Mar 13 Becky L. Littleton, age 47, 6850 State Route 821, Whipple, reported she was involved in a dispute with her husband. Arguing over their son’s personal appearance, Mrs. Littleton said her husband grabbed her by the arm. Mrs. Littleton said her husband’s actions did not cause her to fear for her safety nor was she injured. As a result, Deputy Sheriff Huffer closed this case as unfounded.

On 1 Mar 13 Deputy Sheriff Hunter issued a citation to Brent J. McKinney, age 38, 133 Ohio Boulevard, for driving under a suspended license. Deputy Hunter stopped Mr. McKinney near the intersection of Stanleyville and Glendale roads in Fearing Township.

the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:

Eldon Pierce, age 36, 706 Elm Street Apt. 2, Belpre, for failing to appear to serve three days in jail on 8 Feb 13.

Brandon P. Johnson, age 34, 3756 E. 126th Street, Cleveland, for breach of recognizance for failing to appear for arraignment on 20 Feb 13.

Gregory N. Stephens, age 35, 1271 Hocking Road, Little Hocking, for cruelty to animals on 30 Dec 12.

Kenneth A Stephens, age 25, 705 Elm Street, Belpre, for failing to appear for pretrial on 25 Feb 13.

Russell S. Burkhammer Jr., age 40, 1023 Third Street, Marietta, for failing to appear for a competency hearing on 20 Feb 13.

Michael L. McMannis, age 51, 140 Green Street, Zanesville, for contempt for failing to appear for a court ordered hearing.

Daniel Metz, age 42, 101 Allen Street, Little Hocking, for failure to register a dog and failure to confine/restrain a dog on 31 Dec 12.

Adam L. Addlespurger, age 41, 19604 Sherbourne Road, Macksburg, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on an order to show cause on 13 Feb 13.

Ronald Miller, age 31, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on an order to show cause on 12 Feb 13.

Michael C. Woody, age 27, 713 ½ Walnut Street Apt. B, Belpre, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $387.40.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Robert Jacob Becker Jr., age 68, 213 Meigs Street, Marietta, for a felony charge of possession of drugs and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug abuse instruments. Becker was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Harlow and processed into the Washington County Jail on 1 Mar 13 at 12:00 am.

Gary Lee McFadden II, age 42, 210 Fifth Street, Marietta, for a felony charge of possession of drugs and misdemeanor charges of possession of drug abuse instruments, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of drugs. McFadden was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Harlow and processed into the Washington County Jail on 1 Mar 13 at 12:01 am.

Melissa Rose Setterstrom, age 43, 100 Sierra Drive, Marietta, for driving under a suspended license, a misdemeanor. Setterstrom was arrested in Marietta Municipal Court by Patrolman McCracken of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 1 Mar 13 at 10:54 am.

Andrew Clarence Kuhn, age 28, 63920 Mount Olivet Road, Barnesville, OH, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Kuhn was arrested at the Adult Probation Office by Deputy Sheriff White and processed into the Washington County Jail on 1 Mar 13 at 12:05 pm.

Daniel Lee Frame, age 30, 4191 Fruitland Avenue, Lewisville, OH, for telephone harassment, a felony. Frame was arrested in Belpre by Patrolman Fields of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 1 Mar 13 at 2:23 pm.

Elizabeth Langsdorf, age 51, 1697 State Route 260, New Matamoras, for a felony charge of possession of drugs and misdemeanor charges of OVI, failure to control and possession of drug paraphernalia. Langsdorf was arrested on State Route 7 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 1 Mar 13 at 4:42 pm.
