On 17 Feb 13 Deputy Sheriff R. Reeder requested a summons for a seventeen year old Minerva, OH, resident to appear in Juvenile Court on a charge of delinquency by underage consumption of alcohol. The teenager was a passenger in a vehicle stopped at the intersection of Butler and Fourth streets and found in possession of an open can of beer as well as a number of unopened cans of beer. The juvenile admitted consuming the beer and several other beers earlier in the evening.

On 17 Feb 13 Deputy Sheriff Hunter and the Reno Fire Department responded to a fire at the residence of Harry E. Schmidt, age 34, at 27476 State Route 7, Marietta. The fire originated in an air conditioning unit and caused minimal damage. The property’s landlord stated the air conditioner will cost approximately $2,000 to replace.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Dyanna Marie Davidson, age 30, 728 ½ Fifth Street Apt. A, Marietta, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Davidson was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Newell of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 Feb 13 at 1:27 am.

Kevin Francis Martin, age 41, 22 Wells Road, Waterford, for .17 breath OVI, possession of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and for driving outside the marked lanes of travel, all misdemeanors. Martin was arrested in Beverly by Patrolman Miller of the Beverly Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 Feb 13 at 2:48 am
