The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Brian Lee Stephens, age 31, 1121 Putnam Howe DriOn 11 Feb 13 the owner of Lang’s Excavating, 19371 State Route 60, Beverly, reported sometime overnight an unknown suspect(s) entered the business and stole a number of items. The suspect(s) loaded multiple Dewalt tools, a chainsaw, other tools and over 1,000 feet of welding lead into one of the company’s trucks and used it to transport the items to another location approximately a quarter mile away. After transferring the stolen goods to another vehicle the suspect(s) abandoned Lang’s truck and fled the scene. The value of the stolen items is estimated to be between $9,000 and $12,000. This case remains under investigation (610).

On 11 Feb 13 Mark A. Villers, age 47, 109 Pineview Circle, Marietta, was making a u-turn in the parking lot at 1682 State Route 618, Belpre, when he struck a semi-truck being driven by Ernest W. Henthorne, age 40, 1027 Sentinel Oaks Drive, Lake Wylie, SC. The collision caused moderate functional damage to the front passenger side of Mr. Villers’ Chevy Silverado and moderate functional damage to the front driver’s side of Mr. Henthorne’s Peterbilt truck (912).

On 11 Feb 13 Steve Hille, age 62, 127 Pine Drive, Little Hocking, reported sometime between noon and 2:30 pm an unknown suspect(s) stole eight old aluminum windows and a section of wrought iron railing from outside his home. This case remains under investigation (912).

ve, Belpre, for driving under a suspended license and for making an improper lane change, both misdemeanors. Stephens was arrested in Marietta Municipal Court by Patrolman Gragan of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Feb 13 at 9:28 am.

Angelo Antonio Vance Jr., age 23, 2395 Sheets Run Drive, New Matamoras, for theft and for misuse of a credit card, both misdemeanors. Vance was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Augenstein and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Feb 13 at 2:42 pm.

Kassandra Lynn Noland, age 22, 231 Hillcrest Drive, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Noland was arrested in Marietta Municipal Court by Probation Officer P. Brockmeier and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Feb 13 at 3:01 pm.

Ashley Nicole Davis, age 25, 1114 10th Street, Vienna, for failure to appear, a misdemeanor. Davis was picked up at the Franklin County Jail by Deputy Sheriff Underwood and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Feb 13 at 4:22 pm.

Brandon Michael Marino, age 26, for sexual battery, a felony. Marino was picked up at the Pickaway Correctional Institution by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Feb 13 at 4:42 pm.

Nickie Joseph Myers, age 38, 415 Third Street, Marietta, for gross sexual imposition, a felony. Myers was arrested by Patrolman Thomas at the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Feb 13 at 7:58 pm.

Robert Alan Richards, age 38, 713 Montgomery Street, Marietta, for two counts of possession of drugs, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and for nonsupport of dependants, all misdemeanors. Richards was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Estes of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Feb 13 at 8:41 pm.
