Archive of 01-28-13

On 28 Jan 13 Ashley N. Mayle, age 22, 1007 Long Run Road, Newport, reported she departed for work at 3 pm and when she returned at 2 am she discovered a small television, a DVD player, thirty DVDs and two rings were stolen from her home. This case remains under investigation (910).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Ralph Burdette Stewart, age 40, 527 Sixth Street, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Stewart was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Thomas of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Jan 13 at 2:53 am.

Brian Allen Miller, age 19, 211 Harmar Street, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Miller was arrested at his residence by Probation Officer Brockmeier and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Jan 13 at 10:08 am.

Shawn Anthony Gill, age 33, 39504 Road Fork Road, Lower Salem, for disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor. Gill was arrested on State Route 7 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Jan 13 at 10:35 am.
