On 25 Jan 13 Anita Walls, 107 Brittigan Circle, Marietta, reported her seventy-seven year old husband departed their residence following an argument that evening an had yet to return after several hours. Mrs. Walls’ husband returned the next day, stating he spent the night at a local hotel (790).

On 25 Jan 13 an employee of C&C Dodge, 1305 Pike Street, Marietta, reported the driver of an unknown vehicle did donuts in a nearby gravel lot and spun rocks into a display window and into the windows of two vehicles, breaking the glass. The rocks also broke a window on a vehicle owned by an employee of Hometown Honda. This case remains under investigation (790).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Trisha Marie Rohrer, age 29, 6727 Pinetree Road, Canton, for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor. Rohrer was picked up at the Stark County Jail by Deputy Sheriff Doak and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Jan 13 at 11:07 am.

Steven Brandon White, age 22, 376 11th Street, McConnelsville, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. White was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Brockmeier and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Jan 13 at 3:22 pm.

Tabitha Dawn Way, age 31, 765 Warrior Drive, Vincent, for failure to appear, a misdemeanor. Way was arrested in Vincent by Deputy Sheriff McConnell and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Jan 13 at 8:44 pm.

Frederick Gale McKitrick, age 30, 765 Warrior Drive, Vincent, for failure to appear, a misdemeanor. McKitrick was arrested in Vincent by Deputy Sheriff McConnell and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Jan 13 at 9:51 pm.
