A teacher at Little Hocking Elementary School reported a twelve year old student was shocked by Mr. Maag with a stun gun the previous week. Mr. Maag resides at the home with the juvenile’s mother but is not in a relationship with her and is unrelated to any household member. Though he initially denied having a stun gun, Mr. Maag reluctantly admitted owning a stun gun and using it on the juvenile on 8 Jan.

SUSPECT ARRESTED FOR POSSESSING PHOTOS OF UNDERAGE FEMALE

A report from a family member led to the arrest on 11 Jan 13 of Roy Gene Delancey, age 48, 5700 Buchanan Road, Waterford, for a fifth degree felony charge of illegal use of a minor in nudity oriented material and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drugs. Further investigation yielded multiple photographs found in Mr. Delancey’s truck that depicted a teenage female performing sexual acts. The victim, who was seventeen year old at the time the photos were taken, confirmed they were taken by Mr. Delancey’s brother, Rodney, prior to Rodney’s conviction in 2011 on numerous sexual offenses.

Questioned about the images, Mr. Delancey admitted they were taken from his brother’s trailer to destroy before the execution of a search warrant in 2011. Mr. Delancey, along with his mother Irene Delancey, were indicted in July 2012 on tampering with evidence charges related to that case. The drug possession charge was due to the discovery of marijuana and paraphernalia in Mr. Delancey’s truck.

Mr. Delancey remains incarcerated in lieu of $5,000 bond in the Washington County Jail.
