On 11 Jan 13 Tony A. Reed, age 54, 2460 Rainbow Road, Lowell, reported he was involved in a dispute with his live-in girlfriend, Georganna Morgan, age 53. During an argument over money, Ms. Morgan threw two glass bowls at Mr. Reed, with one of which breaking against and cutting his arm. Mr. Reed said Ms. Morgan also threw a wooden chair and charged at him with her fists raised. Questioned about the incident, Ms. Morgan claimed she threw the bowl because it was hot when she removed it from the microwave and blamed the family dog for the wound on Mr. Reed’s arm. Based on his investigation, Deputy Sheriff McPeek arrested Ms. Morgan for domestic violence and transported her to the Washington County Jail.

On 11 Jan 13 Deputy Sheriff Metts requested a summons for a seventeen year old Little Hocking resident to appear in Juvenile Court on a charge of delinquency by possession of marijuana. At the Washington County Career Center three days earlier a student reported to teachers that the teenager had an odor of marijuana. After a search of her property yielded a cigarette lighter and a marijuana joint, the teenager admitted purchasing the marijuana from an individual in Belpre.

On 11 Jan 13 Alice Gore, age 50, 18695 State Route 26, Reno, reported she departed her residence on 6 Jan and when she returned five days later she discovered her Toshiba laptop computer was missing from the dresser in her bedroom. The laptop is valued at approximately $800. This case remains under investigation (910).

On 11 Jan 13 Deputy Sheriff Augenstein arrested Anthony C. Williams, age 39, 306 Third Street Apt. A, Lowell, for violating the terms of his probation, driving under an OVI suspended license, disorderly conduct by intoxication and for being in possession of an open container of alcohol. Investigating a report of a domestic dispute involving Mr. Williams, Deputies Augenstein and Metts located Mr. Williams outside the Duke in Lowell, drinking from a forty ounce beer concealed in a paper bag. Visibly intoxicated and having difficulty following instructions, Mr. Williams admitted driving to his current location. Mr. Williams also admitted drinking boxed wine prior to driving to the Duke. At the Washington County Jail, Mr. Williams tested .140 BAC. The Deputies determined the initial domestic dispute was unfounded.

On 11 Jan 13 Kimberly O’Donahue, age 21, 417Central Avenue, Williamstown, reported she was walking on the sidewalk near 200 Sacra Via when a dog being walked by a juvenile lunged at her and bit her on the upper left arm. Ms. O’Donahue received treatment for a superficial wound at Marietta Memorial Hospital and was released. This case was forwarded to the Dog Warden for further investigation (1020).

On 11 Jan 13 the unknown driver of an extended cab pickup truck with a topper drove off after backing into a parked Dodge Stratus owned by Shelbi N. Welsh, age 19, at 26935 State Route 7 Apt. 5B, Marietta. The collision caused moderate damage to the rear of Ms. Welsh’s vehicle (790).

On 11 Jan 13 Steven W. Williams, age 57, 137 High Street, Vincent, reported sometime between 6 am and 6 pm an unknown suspect(s) stole a Champion portable generator from his side porch. The generator has an estimated value of $400. This case remains under investigation (507).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Georganna Lynn Morgan, age 53, 2460 Rainbow Road, Lowell, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Morgan was arrested at her residence by Deputy Sheriff McPeek and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Jan 13 at 1:05 am.

Tabitha Dawn Way, age 31, 765 Warrior Drive, Vincent, for contempt of a court order, a misdemeanor. Way was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Willson and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Jan 13 at 2:28 pm.

Anthony Cameron Williams, age 39, 306 Third Street Apt. A, Lowell, for violating the terms of his probation, driving under an OVI suspended license, disorderly conduct by intoxication and for being in possession of an open container of alcohol, all misdemeanors. Williams was arrested in Lowell by Deputy Sheriff Augenstein and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Jan 13 at 6:03 pm.

Michael Allen Hupp, age 40, 102 Muskingum Terrace Apt. A, Marietta, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Hupp was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Hilverding of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Jan 13 at 8:06 pm.

Roy Gene Delancey, age 48, 5700 Buchanan Road, Waterford, for a felony charge of illegal use of a minor in nudity oriented material and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drugs. Delancey was arrested in Beverly by Deputy Sheriff Carr and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Jan 13 at 8:20 pm.

Meriah Shay Dunn, age 22, 9630 State Route 260, New Matamoras, for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor. Dunn was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Kampmeier of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Jan 13 at 9:43 pm.
