On 23 Dec 12 Deputy Sheriff Caltrider responded to a possible domestic dispute at 1666 School House Road, Little Hocking. The alleged victim, Denise Keel, age 44, said her son and husband were involved in an argument but no physical violence occurred. Confirming Mrs. Keel’s statement with her son, Deputy Caltrider closed this case as unfounded.

On 23 Dec 12 a sixteen year old Findlay, OH resident received treatment at Marietta Memorial Hospital for minor injuries suffered in an ATV accident. The teenager was riding up a hill at 2620 Deming Road, Fleming, when she lost control of the ATV, causing it to roll over. The teenager had soreness in her left shoulder and ribs and a minor cut on her shin but was not seriously injured (208).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Kirsten Janna Waybright, age 22, 801 Third Street Apt. D, Marietta, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Waybright was arrested at her residence by Patrolman Estes of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Dec 12 at 4:46 am.

Kelsey Taylor Waybright, age 20, 2491 Christy Road, Marietta, for underage consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Waybright was arrested at Marietta Memorial Hospital by Patrolman Estes of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Dec 12 at 6:35 am.

Donald Adair Peters, age 52, 614 ½ Second Street, Marietta, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Peters was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Blasko of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Dec 12 at 6:01 pm.

Adam Nicholas Marasco, age 23, 504 Stone Road, Belpre, for disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor. Marasco was arrested at her residence by Patrolman Cook of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Dec 12 at 10:13 pm.
