On 3 Dec 12 Deputy Sheriff R. Reeder issued minor misdemeanor citations to Vanessa Sciance, age 26, 193 Fourth Street, Lowell, and her live-in boyfriend, Edward L. Sayger, age 31, for disorderly conduct by fighting. Arguing since the previous evening over Ms. Sciance’s court fines and the fact that she was recently charged with another crime, the couple’s boisterous screaming began inside their home and continued as Ms. Sciance walked away along a nearby street. Each party confirmed no physical violence occurred and agreed to separate for the evening.

On 3 Dec 12 Timothy Ferguson, 130 Cemetery Drive, New Matamoras, reported at some point during the night an unknown suspect(s) punctured both rear tires on his Pontiac Sunfire. This case remains under investigation (1010).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Benjamin Levi Zartman, age 19, 117 Indiana Avenue, Marietta, for underage consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Zartman was arrested on State Route 60 by Sgt. Mankins of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Dec 12 at 1:54 am.

Judd Arthur Burke, age 21, 27161 Cincinnati Ridge Road, Coolville, for a felony charge of improperly handling a firearm in a vehicle and a misdemeanor charge of driving under an FRA suspended license.
