On 30 Nov 12 Juliana Clark, age 25, 9008 State Route 555, Cutler, reported she was involved in an argument with her live-in boyfriend after she confronted him for allegedly cheating on her. Ms. Clark said the incident was only verbal and her boyfriend agreed to stay elsewhere for the evening. As a result, Deputy Sheriff Caltrider closed this case as unfounded.

On 30 Nov 12 an employee of Stonebridge Operating Company reported at some point during the past four days an unknown suspect(s) entered the company’s storage building near mile marker eight on County Road 9. The suspect(s) stole several items the employee said he believed were going to be sold as scrap. The value of the stolen items is approximately $1,300. This case remains under investigation (200).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Rebekah A. Amaral, age 28, 79 Shore Road, Bourne, MA, for disorderly conduct by intoxication and resisting arrest, both misdemeanors. Amaral was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman McClelland of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 30 Nov 12 at 3:45 am.

April Nichole Calvert, age 26, 4500 Zion Ridge Road, Marietta, for felony charges of theft, identity theft and forgery and for misdemeanor charges of obstructing official business and theft. Calvert was arrested on Pike Street by Patrolman Linscott of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 30 Nov 12 at 6:15 pm.
