On 18 Nov 12 the owner of the Outpost bar reported an intoxicated customer was attempting to instigate fights with other patrons and refused to leave the premises. The suspect, later identified as Jeffrey A. Miller, age 52, 865 Dodd Run Road, Marietta, would not provide his name to Deputies McConnell and McLeish and would not cooperate when they attempted to handcuff him. For his actions, Mr. Miller was arrested for disorderly conduct by intoxication and resisting arrest and transported to the Washington County Jail.

On 18 Nov 12 Rhonda K. Messenger, age 42, 1721 Warren Chapel Road, Fleming, reported she was involved in a disagreement with her ex-husband when the two met to exchange custody of their children. Neither party made threats nor did any physical violence occur. As a result, Deputy Sheriff McConnell closed this case as unfounded.

On 18 Nov 12 Megan M. Chisolm, age 24, 13774 State Route 339, Waterford, reported after her ex-husband dropped off their children following his visitation he spun the tires on his vehicle and caused gravel to strike her vehicle. Ms. Chisolm declined to pursue charges in the matter (507).

The following individual was processed into the Washington County Jail:

Jeffrey Allen Miller, age 52, 865 Dodd Run Road, Marietta, for resisting arrest and for disorderly conduct by intoxication, both misdemeanors. Miller was arrested on State Route 550 in Marietta by Sgt. Mankins of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 18 Oct 12 at 1:12 am.
