On 16 Nov 12 Brian D. Miracle, age 32, 415 Young Road, Marietta, reported sometime between 8:30 am and noon an unknown suspect(s) pried open the front door of his family’s home. From inside the home the suspect(s) stole a single shot shotgun, a laptop computer, an iPod Touch and a bottle containing approximately 100 oxycodone pills. This case remains under investigation (129).

On 16 Nov 12 Melinda J. McMahon, age 52, 1045 Sandhill Road Lot 26, Marietta, reported when she returned home following an extended stay in Florida she discovered a length of electrical line was cut and removed from under her trailer. This case remains under investigation (129).

On 16 Nov 12 David D. Jones, age 57, 1788 Wynncrest Drive, Marietta, reported at some point during the past three days an unknown suspect(s) entered his detached garage and stole two rifles. Nearby at 1746 Wynncrest Drive, Gary Hendershot, age 32, said an H&R .243 rifle he was sighting for a friend was stolen from his garage. This case remains under investigation (790).

On 16 Nov 12 Deputy Sheriff B. Reeder arrested Christopher A. Porter, age 27, 13700 State Route 339, Waterford, for three counts of violating the terms of a protection order. Served with the protection order after being released from jail that afternoon, Mr. Porter ignored its terms and attempted to retrieve property from the home of the protected parties.

On 16 Nov 12 Lt. Rhodes arrested Maria L. Donizetti, age 49, 118 Forrest Ridge Drive, Dover, OH, for .17 breath OVI. After Ms. Donizetti committed multiple traffic violations Lt. Rhodes conducted a traffic stop on State Route 821 near Interstate 77. Ms. Donizetti had a strong odor of alcohol, slurred her speech and had glassy, bloodshot eyes. Following her poor performance on field sobriety tests, Ms. Donizetti was transported to the Washington County Jail. At the jail Ms. Donizetti tested .213 BAC.

On 16 Nov 12 Deputy Sheriff McKee arrested Rebecca J. Pritchard, age 41, 12760 State Route 339, Vincent, for possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. A passenger in a vehicle stopped for a traffic violation on Gilman Avenue, Ms. Pritchard admitted being in possession of drugs. A search of the vehicle yielded a bag of marijuana, a vial of synthetic marijuana and two marijuana pipes.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Shawn M. Chichester-Brown, age 21, 9421 Slate Creek Road, Rockport, WV, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Chichester-Brown was arrested in Marietta Municipal Court by Probation Officer Ferrell and processed into the Washington County Jail on 16 Oct 12 at 2:58 pm.

Rebecca Michelle Hall, age 37, 508 Sixth Street, Lowell, for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor. Hall was arrested at her residence by Probation Officer P. Brockmeier and processed into the Washington County Jail on 16 Oct 12 at 4:40 pm.

Christopher Adam Porter, age 27, 13700 State Route 339, Waterford, for three misdemeanor counts of violating the terms of a protection order. Porter was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff B. Reeder and processed into the Washington County Jail on 16 Oct 12 at 6:01 pm.

Maria Lynn Donizetti, age 49, 1118 Forrest Ridge Drive, Dover, OH, for .17 breath OVI and for driving outside the marked lanes of travel, both misdemeanors. Donizetti was arrested on State Route 821 by Lt. Rhodes of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 16 Nov 12 at 7:31 pm.

Rebecca Jane Pritchard, age 41, 12760 State Route 339, Vincent, for felony charges of trafficking in drugs and violating the terms of her probation and misdemeanor charges of possession of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, theft and breach of recognizance. Pritchard was arrested on Gilman Avenue by Deputy Sheriff McKee and processed into the Washington County Jail on 16 Oct 12 at 7:47 pm.

William David Richards, age 23, State Route 60, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Richards turned himself in to Patrolman Thomas at the Marietta City Police Department and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 16 Oct 12 at 11:48 pm.
