Archive of 11-10-12

On 10 Nov 12 Marie Graham, age 67, 1175 Joe Skinner Road, Belpre, reported sometime overnight an unknown suspect(s) punctured the sidewalls of both of the rear tires on her vehicle. This case remains under investigation (509).

On 10 Nov 12 Deputy Sheriff Hunter requested a summons for a seventeen year old Lower Salem resident to appear in Juvenile Court on a charge of delinquency by underage possession and consumption of alcohol. Stopped for a traffic violation on Sandhill Road, the juvenile had an odor of alcohol and admitted consuming alcohol earlier in the evening. The teenager also directed Deputy Hunter to two unopened cans of beer he had in his vehicle.

On 10 Nov 12 Teri Lent, age 38, 148 Oak Drive, Little Hocking, reported she believes a friend who stayed with her for the past few days may have stolen her Kindle and three gold rings. This case remains under investigation (208).

On 10 Nov 12 Angie Augenstein, age 33, 1175 County House Lane, Marietta, reported in September she loaned her Kia Sportage to a friend and obtained a title loan for her friend to make payments on while she sought employment. Once she learned her friend was not making loan payments, Ms. Augenstein also discovered her friend was removing parts from the vehicle and apparently selling them as scrap. This case remains under investigation (208).

On 10 Nov 12 Blake Keel, age 20, 1666 School House Road, Little Hocking, reported he was assaulted that evening by a group of individuals outside a home on State Route 555 in Little Hocking. Sgt. Anderson is continuing to investigate this case and is attempting to locate additional witnesses.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Andrew Lee Hildreth, age 29, Williamstown, for being in physical control of a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Hildreth was arrested on Greene Street by Patrolman Nedeff of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Nov 12 at 3:03 am.

Randall Craig Wilson, age 55, 123 Muskingum Drive, Marietta, for aggravated menacing, a misdemeanor. Wilson was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Wenzel of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Nov 12 at 8:54 pm.

Brandon James Lott, age 27, 2201 Meadowview Drive, Parkersburg, for driving under a suspended license and for not wearing a seat belt, both misdemeanors. Lott was arrested on State Route 26 by Deputy Sheriff McLeish and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Nov 12 at 10:23 pm.

Shaun Wesley Sturm, age 27, 33 Gilman Avenue, Marietta, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Sturm was arrested on Butler Street by Patrolman McClelland of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Nov 12 at 11:25 pm.
