On 8 Nov 12 Daniel L. Jarrell, age 43, 2941 Lake Road, Vincent, reported at some point since he moved to his current residence in early September, a Ruger .40 handgun was stolen from either his home or vehicle. This case remains under investigation (507).

On 8 Nov 12 Deputy Sheriffs Augenstein and Reeder responded to the scene of death of a ninety-two year old Marietta resident. The woman’s death appears to be due to natural causes; no foul play is suspected.

On 8 Nov 12 James L. Joy, age 48, 40 Hutchison Road, New Matamoras, reported sometime between 10 am and 6:30 pm the previous day an unknown suspect(s) entered his home and stole a bottle containing over 100 oxycodone pills. This case remains under investigation (910).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Alisha Dawn Small, age 32, 54552 Number Nine Road, Reedsville, for two misdemeanor counts of failure to appear. Small turned herself in to Patrolman Hupp at the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Nov 12 at 4:44 pm.

Joshua Uriaha Hoover, age 20, 50 Ewing Road, Reno, for domestic violence and criminal damaging, both misdemeanors. Hoover was arrested on Tenth Street by Patrolman Thomas of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Nov 12 at 8:55 pm.
