On 4 Nov 12 Deputy Sheriff Augenstein arrested Troy E. Lightfritz, age 26, 955 Mitchells Lane, Marietta, for disorderly conduct by intoxication. Mr. Lightfritz consumed two forty ounce beers and disrupted his girlfriend as she attempted to sleep. When he tried leaving in a vehicle, Mr. Lightfritz struggled with his girlfriend over the vehicle keys. Mr. Lightfritz’s girlfriend stated she was not assaulted and did not fear for her safety during the scuffle.

On 4 Nov 12 Deputies and Detectives responded to the scene of death of a thirty-five year old Vincent resident. Though the man’s death does not appear suspicious, this case remains under investigation.

On 4 Nov 12 John C. Nelson III, age 39, 2396 Woodruff Road, Vincent, reported a Remington shotgun was stolen from his porch while he left it unattended for a brief time on 1 Nov. This case remains under investigation (507).

On 4 Nov 12 a fourteen year old Marietta resident received treatment for a gunshot wound at Marietta Memorial Hospital following a hunting accident in Watertown Township. The teenager was squirrel hunting with a thirteen year old friend when his friend accidentally shot him in the elbow. The teenager received multiple buckshot wounds but was in stable condition (910).

On 4 Nov 12 Deputy Sheriff Augenstein and the Dunham and Little Hocking fire departments were dispatched to a fire at 200 Stanley Mills Road, Little Hocking. Owned by William Bedilion Jr., 18 Kitson Street, Williamstown, the cabin was fully engulfed in flames and nearly completely destroyed. The State Fire Marshal’s Office was contacted to ascertain the cause of the fire.

On 4 Nov 12 Allen W. Angle, age 44, 486 Angle Road, Waterford, reported when he pulled into a driveway at 14276 State Route 60, Lowell, he noticed smoke emanating from under the hood of his Ford pickup truck. Two Beverly firemen happened to be passing by the residence and stopped to extinguish the engine fire with a garden hose. No injuries were reported (296).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Stephanie Lea Hill, age 28, 110 Nelson Street, Marietta, for OVI and driving under a suspended license, both misdemeanors. Hill was arrested on State Route 7 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 4 Nov 12 at 1:47 am.

Troy Eugene Lightfritz, age 26, 955 Mitchells Lane, Marietta, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Lightfritz was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Augenstein and processed into the Washington County Jail on 4 Nov 12 at 3:12 am.

Eric Dean Lytle, age 47, 2210 Washington Boulevard, Belpre, for OVI, a misdemeanor. Lytle was arrested on Washington Boulevard by Patrolman Stump of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 4 Nov 12 at 3:35 am.

Nichole Leigh Brode, age 37, 415 Henderson Avenue, Williamstown, for OVI and possession of drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors. Brode was arrested on State Route 7 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 4 Nov 12 at 6:32 pm.
