Archive of 11-02-12

On 2 Nov 12 Larry E. Parks, age 56, 845 County House Lane, Marietta, reported sometime overnight an unknown suspect(s) punctured the rear tires on his Pontiac Sunfire. This case remains under investigation (790).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Brandon Duane Hicks, age 28, 5817 Timbercrest Drive, Arlington, TX, for OVI and for not using headlights, both misdemeanors. Hicks was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman McClelland of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 2 Nov 12 at 6:25 am.

Scott Everett Collins, age 27, 3795 State Route 377 SW, Stockport, for violating the terms of his probation, a felony. Collins was arrested at his residence by Probation Officer Smith and processed into the Washington County Jail on 2 Nov 12 at 11:20 am.

Betty Jean Johnson, age 41, 2206 Seventh Avenue, Parkersburg, for possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors. Johnson was arrested on Pike Street by Patrolman Linscott of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 2 Nov 12 at 5:14 pm.

Shirley Pauline Siegfried, age 58, 106 Sacra Via, for a felony charge of tampering with drugs and misdemeanor charges of OVI and speeding. Siegfried was arrested on State Route 7 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 2 Nov 12 at 5:42 pm.

Randall Robert Cline III, age 20, 600 Reed Street, Parkersburg, for breach of recognizance and underage consumption of alcohol, both misdemeanors. Cline turned himself in to Deputy Sheriff B. Reeder and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 2 Nov 12 at 6:43 pm.

Kimberly Ann Miscovic, age 45, 800 Center Street, Beverly, for being a fugitive from justice, a felony. Miscovic was arrested at her residence by Patrolman Miller of the Beverly Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 2 Nov 12 at 7:39 pm.
