On 28 Oct 12 Deputy Sheriff R. Reeder requested a warrant for Debra K. Boyce, age 49, 6288 State Route 60, Lowell, for domestic violence. During an argument in her vehicle over a previous domestic violence arrest in their household, Ms. Boyce struck her teenage daughter in the face.

On 28 Oct 12 Deputy Sheriff Huffer responded to the scene of death of a fifty-six year old Marietta resident. The man’s death appears to be due to natural causes; no foul play is suspected.

On 28 Oct 12 Lt. Gherke arrested Mandy L. Biehl, age 36, 920 Bethel Road, Marietta, for obstructing official business. Lt. Gherke was investigating a report of an assault and theft of items from an individual when Ms. Biehl became uncooperative and refused to remove the objects from her pockets. When she removed items from her pockets Ms. Biehl attempted to conceal an unknown object in her pants and subsequently consumed the item without identifying what is was.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Jacob Joseph Huck, age 19, 830 Cole-Coffman Road, Marietta, for underage consumption of alcohol and for contributing to the delinquency of a minor, both misdemeanors. Huck was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Holbert and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Oct 12 at 1:14 am.

Mandy Leigh Biehl, age 36, 920 Bethel Road, Marietta, for obstructing official business, a misdemeanor. Biehl was arrested on Oak Hill Road by Lt. Gherke of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Oct 12 at 6:30 am.

Christopher Dean Adkins, age 30, 10344 Jackson Street, Byesville, OH, for felony and misdemeanor charges of theft. Adkins was arrested at Wal-Mart by Patrolman Chapman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Oct 12 at 4:59 pm.

Pamela Darlene Todd, age 51, 427 Bryant Avenue, Cambridge, for theft, a felony. Todd was arrested at Wal-Mart by Patrolman Caldwell of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Oct 12 at 5:35 pm.

Amanda Kay Stillion, age 28, 119 Eighth Street, Byesville, OH, for felony and misdemeanor charges of theft. Stillion was arrested at Wal-Mart by Patrolman Caldwell of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Oct 12 at 5:44 pm.
