Archive of 10-13-12

On 13 Oct 12 United Ambulance Service transported a forty-three year old Macksburg resident to Marietta Memorial Hospital for treatment to a prescription drug overdose. The victim suffered from depression and ingested the medication in an attempt to take her own life. She is expected to fully recover (1104).

On 13 Oct 12 Deputy Sheriff Reeder issued a minor misdemeanor citation to Angela J. Barry, age 46, 2803 17th Avenue, Vienna, for disorderly conduct. During a confrontation with the wife of her alleged lover outside her Barlow home, Ms. Barry yelled and pushed on a window pane, causing it to break. Ms. Barry said she did not intend to break the window, which caused minor cuts on both Ms. Barry and the victim.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Carlos Maurice Oates, age 27, 2810 Cryadon Boulevard West, Columbus, for OVI, for driving under an OVI suspended license and for driving left of center, all misdemeanors. Oates was arrested on State Route 339 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 13 Oct 12 at 3:06 am.

Carrie Ann Johnson, age 30, 909 13th Street, Parkersburg, for theft, a misdemeanor. Johnson was arrested at Dollar General by Patrolman Caldwell of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 13 Oct 12 at 1:37 pm.
