On 5 Oct 12 Deputy Sheriff McKee arrested Jessica J. Cramer, age 31, 212 Maple Street, Newport, for .08 breath OVI. Assisting the Ohio Highway Patrol, Deputy McKee observed Ms. Cramer’s vehicle stuck in a ditch on Coal Run Road. Ms. Cramer performed poorly on sobriety tests administered by the Highway Patrol and admitted consuming a bottle and a half of liquor that evening. At the Washington County Jail Ms. Cramer tested .162 BAC.

On 5 Oct 12 a bartender at the Lawnsdale reported a patron was assaulted for no apparent reason. The bartender said Stephan McGuire, age 31, 190 Oak Drive, Little Hocking, was seated at a barstool when Jeremy Charlton, age 32, 1681 Sealy Ridge Road, Vincent, approached him from behind, punched him in the head and knocked him to the floor. Mr. Charlton continued to punch Mr. McGuire until two patrons intervened and pulled him off Mr. McGuire. As a result of the attack Deputy Sheriff McConnell requested a summons for Mr. Charlton for assault. Mr. Charlton was also banned for life from the Lawnsdale.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Jason Edward Pyatt, age 37, 13438 State Route 339, Vincent, for tree misdemeanor counts of passing bad checks. Pyatt was arrested at the Courthouse by Probation Officer P. Brockmeier and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Oct 12 at 9:36 am.

John Russell McDuffy, age 46, 201 Front Street, Williamstown, for violating the terms of a protection order, a misdemeanor. McDuffy turned himself n at the Courthouse to Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Oct 12 at 11:10 am.

Dean Franklin Mugrage, age 48, 220 Third Street Apt. 2, Marietta, for possession of drugs, a felony. Mugrage was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Linscott of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Oct 12 at 1:33 pm.

Amy Marie Leedy, age 23, 9550 State Route 550, Vincent, for trafficking in drugs, a felony. Leedy was arrested at the Adult Probation Office by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Oct 12 at 1:58 pm.

Aaron Robert Fulton, age 26, 214 Wooster Street Apt. B, Marietta, for felony charges of theft and breaking and entering and misdemeanor charges of failure to appear and contempt for failing to pay fines. Fulton was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Ellenwood of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Oct 12 at 2:38 pm.

Ashley Marie Wynn, age 22, 3704 Softwind Drive, Columbus, for felony charges of theft and complicity in breaking and entering and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug abuse instruments. Wynn was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Ellenwood of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Oct 12 at 2:52 pm.

Brian Michael Taylor, age 25, 102 Flintwood Drive, Marietta, for criminal Simulation, a misdemeanor. Taylor was arrested on Seventh Street by Patrolman Hillverding of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Oct 12 at 3:29 pm.

Haydon Lee Givens, age 22, 17990 State Route 550, Marietta, for a felony charge of possession of drugs and misdemeanor charges of violating the terms of his probation and possession of drug paraphernalia. Givens was arrested on County House Lane by Deputy Sheriff McKee and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Oct 12 at 9:15 pm.
