On 28 Sep 12 Amy Leedy, age 23, 168 State Route 339, Belpre, reported she recently noticed several items were missing from the residence where she is house sitting. The home’s resident, Benjamin Seevers, age 35, said an Xbox, fifteen games and a full box of tools were stolen. Ms. Leedy stated she was missing a Playstation, twenty games, a window air conditioner, three fishing poles and a computer. This case remains under investigation (594).

On 28 Sep 12 Deputy Sheriff Hunter issued a citation to Emily R. Oakley, age 20, 2387 Reed Road, Marietta, for operating a vehicle with license plates that expired in January 2012. Deputy Hunter stopped Ms. Oakley near the intersection of Seventh and Greene streets in Marietta.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Roger Dean Clevenger, age 52, 19483 McFarland Road, Macksburg, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Clevenger was arrested at the Pit Stop by Deputy Sheriff McKee and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Sep 12 at 12:32 am.

Mitchell Lee Greenwood, age 27, 35 Heeter Road, Newport, for theft and breaking and entering, both felonies. Greenwood was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Holbert and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Sep 12 at 11:53 am.

Clarence A. Wriston III, age 38, 12865 State Route 676, Waterford, for domestic violence, a felony. Wriston was arrested on Colegate Drive by Patrolman Blasko of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Sep 12 at 6:36 pm.
