On 18 Sep 12 Deputy Sheriff Schubert requested a summons for Patricia Cottrill, age 33, 1020 Caywood Road, Marietta, for cruelty to animals. Investigating a report of dogs running at large, Deputy Schubert observed an emaciated and malnourished dog tied to Ms. Cottrill’s porch. Deputy Schubert seized the dog, which will be rehabilitated at the Humane Society.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Ryan Scott Watson, age 22, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Watson was arrested on Second Street by Patrolman Ellenwood of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 18 Sep 12 at 12:28 pm.

Justin Michael Klintworth, age 20, 114 Sunset Drive, Marietta, for importuning, a felony. Klintworth was arrested at his residence by Detective Smithberger of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 18 Sep 12 at 12:48 pm.

Brittany Mechele Mitchell, age 21, 1540 Saint Elmo Street, Canton, OH, for driving under a suspended license, a misdemeanor. Mitchell was arrested by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 18 Sep 12 at 1:33 pm.

Craig Amady Parsons, age 53, 253 Orchard Drive, Little Hocking, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Parsons was arrested in Marietta Municipal Court by Probation Officer E. Brockmeier and processed into the Washington County Jail on 18 Sep 12 at 5:48 pm.

Kenneth Ray Rogers, age 25, 801 ½ Front Street, Marietta, for breach of recognizance, theft and possession of drugs, all misdemeanors. Rogers was arrested by Patrolman Ellenwood at the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 18 Sep 12 at 8:30 am.
