On 5 Sep 12 Ethan W. Howell, age 18, 135 Mill Street, Waterford, reported during an argument with his father, his father produced a gun and pointed it at him. Mr. Howell later recanted his allegation and said no gun was involved. Witnesses at the scene agreed that a gun was never produced and said Mr. Howell often fabricates stories to get people in trouble when he doesn’t get his way. As a result, Deputy Sheriff Holbert closed this case as unfounded.
