On 24 Aug 12 Mandy Biehl, age 35, 920 Bethel Road, Marietta, reported she received a dozen unwanted text messages from her ex-husband, Allen Biehl, age 40, 125 Rummer Road, Marietta. Thereafter, Ms. Biehl attempted to use her mobile phone, only to learn that the phone was unregistered and had been transferred to Mr. Biehl. Ms. Biehl said this was the second time this particular type of incident occurred with her ex-husband. Later in the evening Ms. Biehl said she was driving home when Mr. Biehl approached in his vehicle traveling in the opposite direction. Mr. Biehl swerved at his ex-wife’s vehicle, forcing her to swerve to avoid a collision. Coupled with threats made at her by her husband, Ms. Biehl stated Mr. Biehl’s actions caused her to fear for her safety. Consequently, Deputy Sheriff McConnell arrested Mr. Biehl for domestic violence and theft and transported him to the Washington County Jail.
