On 9 Aug 12 Sgt. Anderson arrested Michael L. Babb, age 43, 310 Plum Street, McConnelsville, for disorderly conduct by intoxication. Responding to a report of a male passed out outside Par Mar in Beverly, Sgt. Anderson found Mr. Babb outside the business. Mr. Babb, who had a strong odor of alcohol and glassy, bloodshot eyes, was unsure how much he had to drink throughout the evening and could not remember where he lived. At the Washington County Jail Mr. Babb tested .189 BAC.

On 9 Aug 12 Steven T. Anderson, age 20, 2 White Oak Farm, Parkersburg, reported he parked his Ford Fusion at 19450 State Route 821, Macksburg, at 1:40 am and when he returned at 2 pm he discovered the windows on his vehicle were shattered and his car stereo was missing. This case remains under investigation (594).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Michael Lee Babb, age 43, 310 Plum Street, McConnelsville, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Babb was arrested in Beverly by Sgt. Anderson of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 Aug 12 at 1:20 am.
