On 7 Jul 12 Carl Stock, age 40, 257 Front Drive, New Matamoras, reported sometime overnight his twelve foot aluminum john boat was stolen from his dock along the Ohio River. This case remains under investigation (912).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Dustin Alan Reynolds, age 28, 105 Groves Avenue, Marietta, for two misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct. Reynolds was arrested at Selby Hospital by Patrolman Estes of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 7 Jul 12 at 12:09 am.

Khayyam Omar Payton, age 31, 831 Florence Street, Belpre, for failure to appear, a misdemeanor. Payton was arrested on Greene Street by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 7 Jul 12 at 2:20 am.

Terry Gilbert Dalton, age 46, 1313 Jewett Drive, Zanesville, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Dalton was arrested at Muskingum Terrace Apartments by Patrolman Estes of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 7 Jul 12 at 4:50 am.

Samuel Adam Bruce, age 22, 1005 Orchard Street Apt. 5, Marietta, for three misdemeanor counts of failure to appear. Bruce was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Estes of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 7 Jul 12 at 9:11 pm.
