On 24 Jun 12 Violet Lauer, age 52, 240 Lauer Road, Whipple, reported that her husband discovered their garden tiller missing approximately a week ago. The tiller was valued at approximately $410.00. This case remains under investigation. (912)

On 24 Jun 12 Thaddeus Heiss, age 49, 295 Offenberger Lane, Lowell, reported the theft of money, and household items removed from his residence. This case remains under investigation. (1104)

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Larry James Morgan, age 40, 404 1/2 Washington Street, Marietta, for a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct, criminal damaging, misconduct at an emergency, domestic violence and reckless operation. Morgan was arrested at Marietta Memorial Hospital by Patrolman Estes of the Marietta Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 24 Jun 12 at 00:28 a.m.

John Dougless Fry, age 33, 1208 Lockwood Street, Apt. A, Belpre, for a misdemeanor charge of domestic violence. Fry was arrested at Lockwood Street in Belpre by Patrolman Heddleston of the Belpre City Police Department processed into the Washington County Jail on 24 Jun 12 at 6:53 p.m.
