On 22 Jun 12 Sgt. Anderson and Deputy Sheriff Caltrider were dispatched to 5290 Schoolhouse Road, Belpre, along with Little Hocking EMS to the Ethel D. Blair residence. Ms. Blair advised officers that she was mowing her yard when the garden tractor rolled onto her. The tractor was removed from Ms. Blair and she was transported to Camden Clark Memorial Hospital per her request.

On 22 Jun 12 Lt. Gherke and Deputy Sheriff Day were dispatched to 117 Longacre Street, Marietta, the residence of Kenneth Casada Jr., age 29, and his girlfriend, Tracy Tice, age 26, in reference a domestic altercation. After obtaining statements from all subjects involved summons are being issued to Kenneth Casada Jr. and Tracy Tice for disorderly conduct. (597)

On 22 Jun 12 Sgt. Mankins issued Laurie Anne Bushey, age 51, N. Hartland, VT, a citation for speed, 71 in a 55 mph zone. Ms. Bushey was stopped on State Rte 7, Belpre, OH.

On 22 Jun 12 Sgt. Mankins issued James M. Fisher, 72 Frankin Drive, Little Hocking, a citation for speed, 79 in a 55 mph zone. Mr. Fisher was stopped on US 50, Belpre.

On 22 Jun 12 Deputy Sheriff Farrell received a warrant from the Brooke County, WV, Magistrate Court on Blayre Mark Russell, age 31, 806 Green Street, California, PA, for larceny. Mr. Russell was charged with being a Fugitive from Justice by Deputy Farrell.

DRUG TRAFFICKING ARRESTS IN BEVERLY

Major Crimes Task Force Agents arrested two suspects last night on charges related to the sale of prescription drugs in the vicinity of Fort Frye High School. At Dodge Park in Beverly Agents purchased sixty Percocet pills from Stephon E. Hite, age 23, 455 Half Avenue, Circleville, OH, for $360. When the transaction was completed Agents conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Jennifer N. Stout, age 19, 8245 Reinersville Road, McConnelsville, and found Mr. Hite in possession of twelve additional Percocet pills as well as fifteen Flexeril pills, marijuana and a marijuana pipe. Under questioning, Ms. Stout said she obtained the pills from her mother and transported them to Washington County for Mr. Hite to sell. Ms. Stout stated she has done this several times and usually splits the money with her mother.

Mr. Hite was subsequently arrested on a third degree felony charge of trafficking in drugs in the vicinity of a school and a fifth degree felony charge of possession of a Schedule II drug. For her role, Ms. Stout was arrested on a third degree felony charge of complicity in trafficking in drugs in the vicinity of a school. The bonds for the suspects are $17,500 for Mr. Hite and $15,000 for Ms. Stout.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

James Lloyd Fyffe, age 26, 1630 Beach Hiallman Road, Stockport, for theft, a felony. Fyffe was arrested in Beverly by Patrolman Oliver of the Beverly Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Jun 12 at 12:34 am.
