On 19 Jun 12 Serena Biehl, age 35, 1325 Anderson
Road, Fleming, reported she was assaulted by her live-in boyfriend,
Ronald S. Science, age 46. Arguing with Ms. Biehl over her whereabouts
earlier in the day, Mr. Science struck Ms. Biehl in the mouth
with a closed fist. After confirming Ms. Biehl’s account
with a witness Sgt. Anderson arrested Mr. Science for domestic
violence and transported him to the Washington County Jail.
On 19 Jun 12 Michelle Cantwell, age 38, 301
Broad Street, Macksburg, reported she allowed a family member
to borrow her vehicle the previous day and believes they stole
$22 in change and her newly filled prescription of Xanax. This
case remains under investigation (912).
On 19 Jun 12 the owner of Condenco Inc. reported
during the past week pump jack weights were stolen from two
well sites in the county. Two weights were stolen from a site
near the intersection of McCain Hill and Brooks Road in Lawrence
Township. From a site near the intersection of County Road 9
and Taylor Road in Independence Township, unknown suspect(s)
stole five weights. The value of the weights is approximately
$2,500. This case remains under investigation (912).
On 19 Jun 12 Lt. Stackpole and Deputy Sheriff
McPeek responded to a report of an assault at the residence
of Harold Joy, age 47, at 1220 East Branch Road, Lowell. A group
of individuals, some of which appeared intoxicated, arrived
at Mr. Joy’s residence in search of the boyfriend of Mr.
Joy’s niece. When Mr. Joy asked the horde to leave his
property one of the suspects threw a full beer can and struck
him in the mouth, causing a small laceration. The beer can ricocheted
and struck Mr. Joy’s wife in the side of the face but
did not cause an injury. Deputy McPeek anticipates filing charges
against the suspect in the near future.
On 19 Jun 12 Sgt. Anderson requested a summons
for Laikawn L. Wilder, age 18, 18237 Brozak Road, Athens, for
underage consumption of alcohol. Sgt. Anderson also requested
summonses for a sixteen year old Little Hocking resident and
a seventeen year old Marietta resident to appear in Juvenile
Court on charges of delinquency by underage consumption of alcohol.
Investigating a report of underage individuals consuming alcohol,
Sgt. Anderson observed the three suspects holding cans of beer
while standing outside a home on Federal Road in Little Hocking.
The suspects admitted consuming beer and stated they only took
a few sips before being caught.

Road, Fleming, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Science
was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Hunter and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 19 Jun 12 at 1:58 am.
Brian Lee Miller, age 47, 105 Franklin Street,
Marietta, for disorderly conduct by fighting a misdemeanors.
Miller was arrested on Second Street by Patrolman Estes of the
Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 19 Jun 12 at 8:40 am.
Alisha Dawn Small, age 31, 54552 Number Nine
Road, Reedsville, for theft and for breach of recognizance,
both misdemeanors. Small was arrested in Marietta Municipal
Court by Patrolman Linscott of the Marietta City Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 19 Jun 12 at
Regina Lynn Hoover, age 48, Marietta, for breach
of recognizance and for two counts of violating the terms of
her probation, all misdemeanors. Hoover was arrested in Beverly
by Deputy Sheriff Reeder and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 19 Jun 12 at 2:16 pm.
Andrew Elbern Riley, age 37, 1925 Smithfield
Street, East Liverpool, OH, for nonsupport of dependants, a
misdemeanor. Riley was picked up in Columbiana County by Deputy
Sheriff Underwood and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 19 Jun 12 at 3:30 pm.
Donovan Jacob Brauneck, age 31, 836 ½
Saint Marys, Marietta, for misconduct at an emergency and for
disorderly conduct by intoxication, both misdemeanors. Brauneck
was arrested at Marietta Memorial Hospital by Patrolman McClelland
of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 19 Jun 12 at 8:25 pm.
Eldris Samuel Hall, age 35, 710 Montgomery
Street, Marietta, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Hall
was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Nedeff of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 19 Jun 12 at 8:40 pm.
