On 18 Jun 12 Deputy Sheriff Underwood responded to the scene of death of a thirty-two year old Vincent resident. The cause of the man’s death is unknown but could be related to puncture wounds on the victim’s arm and a spoon and syringe found near him. This case remains under investigation.

On 18 Jun 12 Deputies and Detectives responded to an alarm at B&W Pharmacy at 501 Dietz Lane, Beverly. The total amount of property stolen is still being determined but includes multiple bottles of hydrocodone pills. This case remains under investigation.

On 18 Jun 12 an employee of Stonebridge Operating Company, 1635 Warren Chapel Road, Marietta, reported sometime since the beginning of this month an unknown suspect(s) stole a five horsepower electric motor from an oil well pump jack site at 4135 Stanleyville Road, Whipple. This case remains under investigation (594).

On 18 Jun 12 Michael D. Scarbrough, age 47, 563 W. Comet Road, Clinton, OH, reported at some point between 6 Jun and 11 Jun a gold necklace and a gold bracelet were stolen from a bathroom while he visited his family’s vacation home at 47570 State Route 7, New Matamoras. This case remains under investigation (1104).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

William Edward Foreman, age 37, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Foreman was arrested at the office of Probation Officer P. Brockmeier and processed into the Washington County Jail on 18 Jun 12 at 3:59 pm.

Cassaundra L. McCormick, age 29, 188 Oxford Road, Gardners, PA, for illegally cultivating/manufacturing drugs, two counts of possession of drugs and two counts of trafficking in drugs, all felonies. McCormick was picked up in Cumberland County, PA by Deputy Sheriff Underwood and processed into the Washington County Jail on 18 Jun 12 at 6:34 pm.

Ryan Scott Watson, age 22, 1350 State Route 821, Marietta, for three misdemeanor counts of violating the terms of a protection order. Watson was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Nedeff of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 18 Jun 12 at 11:40 pm.
