On 10 Apr 12 Dale Fleeman, age 72, 7227 Dalzell Road, Whipple, reported a neighbor’s cattle have been on his son’s property at 7311 Dalzell Road daily for the past six days. Another neighbor said the cattle have been on his property as well due to the poor condition of the neighbor’s fence. Contacted by Deputy Sheriff McPeek, the cattle owner said he is in the process of repairing his fence but he has not yet finished. This case remains under investigation.

On 10 Apr 12 Jacob Strode, age 29, 57 Brooks Lane Apt. B, Lowell, reported he believes an acquaintance who briefly visited his home in early February stole a Glock .45 handgun from his residence. This case remains under investigation (912).

On 10 Apr 12 Jeffrey Jones, age 51, 890 Corner Road, Waterford, reported he allowed a coworker to borrow a truck in August 2011 and the coworker did not return the vehicle after being fired from their employer and moving away from this area. This case remains under investigation (208).

On 10 Apr 12 Mark Haynes, age 46, 1202 Clement Avenue, Belpre, reported sometime between 10 am and 4 pm an unknown suspect(s) entered his home and stole an Xbox and a game. This case remains under investigation (208).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Michael Dale Valentine, age 34, 305 Harmar Street, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Valentine was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Chapman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Apr 12 at 5:25 pm.

Timothy James Newbrough, age 28, 848 Greene Street, Marietta, for two felony counts of theft and for misdemeanor charges of possession of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines. Newbrough was arrested on Front Street by Patrolman Newell of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Apr 12 at 8:03 pm.

Jairo Ruben Guerra-Canut, age 22, 1421 Dove Road, Columbus, for being an illegal alien and for misdemeanor charges of driving under a suspended license and speeding. Guerra-Canut was arrested on State Route 7 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Apr 12 at 8:31 pm.

Tor Lamont Hill, age 46, 1407 Camden Avenue, Parkersburg, for driving under a suspended license, a misdemeanor. Hill was arrested in Belpre by Patrolman Heddleston of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Apr 12 at 9:17 pm.

Thomas Robert Voisinet, age 31, 485 Muskingum River Road, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Voisinet was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Caltrider and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Apr 12 at 9:37 pm.

Tomi Jeanice Archer, age 35, 4435 14th Avenue, Parkersburg, for passing bad checks, a misdemeanor. Archer was arrested in Little Hocking by Deputy Sheriff McPeek and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Apr 12 at 9:52 pm.

Christopher Heightland, age 19, 309 Maple Street, Marietta, for assault, a misdemeanor. Heightland was arrested on Maple Street by Patrolman Caldwell of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Apr 12 at 11:23 pm.
