On 2 Apr 12 a thirty-six year old Caywood Road resident reported she was assaulted by her sixteen year old son. Ignoring his father’s order to stop working on an ATV, the teenager shoved his father when he attempted to stop him. Then when his mother was phoning for help, the juvenile grabbed the phone from her and twisted her arm in the process. The teenager’s mother stated she was in fear for her safety because of the way her son was acting. Consequently, Deputy Sheriff McKee requested a summons for the teenager to appear in Juvenile Court on a charge of delinquency by domestic violence. The juvenile was removed from the home and transported by Children’s Services to the Central Ohio Boys’ Residential Academy in Fairfield County (296, 790).
